hola amigos de steemit como estam les hablare de la importancia del maiz en venezuela fue el primer cultivo desarrollado por los indigenas venezolanos, el maiz es un cereal es uno de los primero alimento cultivados en el mundo.
aqui en venezuela se come mucho la arepa, cachapa y empanada son muy rica. el maiz es uno de los alimentos basico de la dieta diaria del vezolano. aqui en vezuela nos desayunamos con una arepa rellena de queso o de carne esmechada, o de queso amarillo o de pabellon aqui es muy importante el maiz es uno de los cereales mas importante en la mesa de los vezolano.
el maíz se puede sembrar sin ningún problema solo se necesita riego o simplemente lo compras y si tienes un molino lo mueles y haces tus aperas de maíz pilado aquí en mi casa lo molemos y hacemos aperas.
también esta el maíz amarillo y el blanco imaguinate una arepa de maíz amarillo con mantequilla y queso es lo mas deliciosa que puede haber en tu mesa.
también se hace cachapa con queso la deliciosa mazamorra , el maíz es un alimento muy importante en Venezuela también se hace el famoso fororo con leche es un alimento muy importante en los niños y adulto.
el ojoto de maiz tierno sirve para hacer las cachapa y la famosa masamorra, hay mucho alimento que se puede haser del maiz y tambien las ayaquita de maiz se husa las hojas y se amarra.amigos de eteemit tienen que probar ese delicioso maiz que no falte en tu mesa
