1 Taza de pan rayado
8 Plátanos fritos en tajada
1/4 kilo de caraotas rojas y aliñadas
Carne vegetal sazonada
1/4 kilo de queso rallado
PREPARACIÓN:
Rocié en un molde con pan rallado, coloque una capa de plátanos maduros fritos, luego una capa de carne vegetal,
caraotas rojas y el queso rallado. Así sucesivamente hasta terminar, hornee de 15 a 20 min.
