PAN DE MAÍZ - RICO
Buen día mi linda gente de steemit, les traigo esta deliciosa receta de pan de maíz para que salgan de la rutina y prueben hacer este deliciosos pan, a continuación les dejo las indicaciones y los ingredientes.
INGREDIENTES
1 taza de harina de maíz
1 taza de zanahoria rallada
1 cdta de sal
1 cda de panela rallada
2 cda de aceite
3/4 taza de agua hirviendo
2 huevos
2 cda de agua fría
PREPARACIÓN
Mezcle bien la harina, zanahoria y sal
Agregue la panela, el aceite y el agua hirviendo
una ves mezclado todo esto deje reposar,
Luego se bate las claras de los huevos y se mezcla con la anterior y se le da movimiento por unos 10 minutos, para culminar coloque en un molde engrasado y hornee a 400º por 25 minutos.
Sírvase caliente y disfrute, buen provecho.
