COCINE Y COMA ESTA RICA ENSALADA DE MOSTACHONES
INGREDIENTES:
2 Tazas de mostachones cocidos
1 taza de apios picados
1 aji verde picado
1 cebolla picada
1/2 taza de mayonesa
lechuga aderezo básico
pimentón picados
PREPARACIÓN:
Corte los mostachones en trozos pequeños y mezcle con el apio, el ají el pimentón y la cebolla
Añada el aderezo mezcle bien en el momento de servir , agregue la mayonesa y sirva sobre hojas de lechuga.
