DELICIOSOS BURRITOS MEJICANOS
Les tengo en el día de hoy un rico plato que debes prepara pronto, aqui les dejo la receta.
INGREDIENTES:
Tortillas mejicanas de harina de trigo
Caraotas rosadas o negras
Aceite
Cebolla grande
Ajo
Tomate maduro
Cebolla
Ajo
Cilantro y perejil
Rabanitos rallados
Aceite , limón y sal.
PREPARACIÓN.
Cocinar las caraotas hasta que estén bien blandidas y espesas, luego haga un puré con las caraotas, y refrié el puré con aceite, agregue la cebolla bien pica dita, y el ajo machacado.
Dore hasta que estén bien se quitas, al final rellene cada tortilla con caraotas.
