Here I want to share a delicious and easy recipe for making zucchini stuffed with meat and vegetables. you can make it for an afternoon to share with your friends and family can be accompanied with bread or croquettes of peas, I hope you like it and are encouraged to do it
HERE I LEAVE THE INGREDIENTS:
A medium courgette
1 large onion
1 tomato .
3 Clove of garlic.
Adobo, salt, pepper.
1 Large carrot.
Salt and pepper
Meat
Steps to make our recipe.
1.- Cut into zucchini in two parts, extract its pulp and place it in a low heat broiler and add the onion, tomato garlic meat and seasonings all chopped in julienne to make our stew.
2.- Then we will fill the zucchini with our stew and place grated cheese to gratin and take it to the oven only minutes until we notice that the cheese was melted.
