Trigo con leche
Preparación:
El trigo pelado se cocina en agua. Hay que calcular bien la cantidad de agua para que cuando el trigo esté cocido, quede sin caldo. Se sirve con leche caliente y miel si se desea. Es un plato muy nutritivo y sabroso.
