Un día de frio
Hola amigos de steemit
Hoy les vengo hablar de los días de frió, cuando hace frió y no tienes ganas ni de salir de la cama.
Como cuando estas en el polo norte pero se ve es una ciudad, así pues con un clima para tomar un chocolate caliente, es normal hacerlo de vez en cuando.
Bañarse a estas temperaturas no es muy bien, es mejor bañarse con un clima cálido donde las brisa sea poca.
Un baño de agua caliente calma todo a estas temperaturas, así que es mejor ir pensando bien en que cambio hacer.
Ya se o tomar todo el día para dormir o tomar todo el día para hacer ejercicio que te hagan sudar para agarrar fuerza...
