Esta albergó un gran número de casa y comercios a medida que fueron llegando nuevos habitantes al caserío de #Anaco. (Hotel Muñiz, Mercado de tellerías, mercado Perucho Ortiz), fueron se instalando en lo que hoy es el sector las parcelas y nacieron los primeros locales comerciales entre ellos pulperías, restaurantes, hoteles, cines, burdeles, entre otros.
Poco a poco producto de la riqueza petrolera fue surgiendo un auge de crecimientos y nuevas olas de inmigrantes que llegaban a esta tierra a echar raíces, construyendo empresas que generaron muchas oportunidades y puestos de trabajo.
