As part of our weekly activities, we bring you today the Users speaks in @Catellano post; activity in which we take one or some comments made by you on the @castellano blog, and changed the comment into a post. The object of this tool provided by the witness to the community is to serve as a podium for ideas and proposals made by the Spanish speaking community on a daily basis. Unfortunately, because of the amount of content made in the platform, many good proposals having no space to be shown just get lost. @castellano wants to avoid this to continue happening, is way it has created this space in the blog, where the community could promote its ideas and proposals. Added to this, we hope this post start some productive debates in the comment section.

For this opportunity, we have chosen @julioccorderoc whom give us a terrific analysis about the necessity of promoting the leaderships on Steemit, and the role the witness could play to front this reality. So here it is his point of view:
 

To create a decentralized community, leadership must first be decentralized. Isn't that the main feature of the blockchain? The absence of a central authority; However, remembering previous chapters of @castellano:

Every nation has to organize itself to advance, and that is why LEADERS are needed.

Is there a contradiction? No, the difference of this nation to the others, is that here the leader is you. How to exercise that leadership? Maybe you can be scared or afraid, but don't worry, because in @castellano you will find the bridge to succeed.
 

Building the road. Raising bridges. Creating spaces.

It is not that @castellano pretends to be the "supreme Leader" (the populism that we want to get rid of) this witness is presented with the intention – and more importantly, the actions – to become a path, bridge, space, where those leaders who don’t have a voice in the platform will be able to express themselves and move forward, and maybe start some beneficial activities, first for this nation’s members and then for the people outside of the digital border.

Why a path? Because we would create more spaces and fair conditions would be established, for you as a leader to aim what you deserve, based on your work and effort.

Why a bridge? On those spaces, after you have shown your skills, it would be given to you the connection to other communities, leaders, and possible investors for your projects, in order to support you and promote the work you are doing.

Why is important to promote leaderships?

If a project could change the paradigm, how much can various projects change it? It’s not rocket science. The changes would be significant to our nation, although I am not saying it would resolve all the problems on the platform, but it would improve a lot. However, you could be asking what the leadership has to be with the projects?

The good projects, are disruptive and innovators. They are entrepreneurial actions and it only can be successful if carried out by excellent leaders. If we want our STEEM nation to go from being full of good ideas to being full of good actions, we must first, promote leadership in every user.

The more diverse leaders exist in our nation – understanding diversity as different and varied opinions and thoughts –, the more possibilities of creations will exist within our reach, and the more prestige the Spanish language will have in this digital world.

The witness @castellano is in condition to create two or more projects, having the tools to do it and the chance to hand-pick some people of the community to get benefits, but instead, it chose to educate people, to not having one but many leaders who be in conditions to form other people and transform their ideas into projects who would end being benefitial to all the community.
