Hi friends, today I want to talk to you about a very complete sport like swimming. I trained it for about 6 years only in the state and I competed sometimes, while you train all the muscles of your body, this sport is recommended for any age.
Hola amigos hoy quiero hablarles sobre un deporte muy completo como lo es la natación yo la entrene por unos 6 años solo en el estado y competí algunas veces, mientras entrenas trabajas todos los músculos de tu cuerpo, este deporte es recomendable para cualquier edad.

Este deporte quema mayor cantidad de calorías mientras nadas, en este deporte exiten diferentes estilos como lo son mariposa, libre, espalda y pecho.
