¡SABROSA RECETA DE SOPA DE QUINCHONCHOS VERDES!
Has la prueba y prepara esta rica deliciosa sopa es muy común en algunas épocas del año en climas tropicales, te invito a que la cocines para agradar a tu familia. Los ingredientes son los siguientes:
INGREDIENTES:
1/2 Kilo de quinchonchos verdes
6 tazas de agua
1 taza de sofritos
1 taza de arroz
1/2 kilo de papas partidas
1/2 kilo de auyama partidas
1 1/2 cucharada de sal
PREPARACIÓN:
Cocine los quinchoncho a fuego lento, deje ablandar, luego cuan estén bien blandos agregue; el sofrito, el arroz , la auyama y las papas.
Sazone y deje hervir, baje el fuego hasta que el arroz este blando.
Retire del fuego y sirva caliente.
