Subaru Outback vs Deepwater Mud Hole
Subaru's are great on wet roads and dirt roads. They're even pretty good for light off-roading, more commonly known as soft roading.
But when you don't know how deep the water is in a mud hole, don't try to cross it. I had been through this hole about 6 months ago, but apparently someone with much bigger tires had gone through and dug out the trenches even deeper.
Fortunately, a guy in a Jeep happened by. With the help of a tow strap and a little back and forth, gunning the engine, we were able to get it out. He admitted that he wouldn't even go through the same hole.
When we finally got it unstuck, we took full advantage of the mud on the rest of the trails and had some fun. Then, I drove it to the dealership for an oil change and asked them for a wash! Good times.
Oh my goodness lol! I would've shit myself.
Good thing you and you're car are okay!
Thank you! Yes, fortunately a Jeep happened by and was able to pull me out. Afterwards, we had some fun hitting the rest of the trails and getting dirty! I'll have to add that to the story.
