Good times are coming for Mclaren F1

Friday Alonso made the first lap in the new McLaren. This car could be the new championship's car of the words from Alonso. He said that this could be the car, with he got his next championship. he said this after he drove MCL33 in Navarra during the filming day of the team. Each team is restricted to 100 filming km.

McLaren stopped with Honda after the dramatic 2017 season where they finished ninth. The team was good on downforce but bad on the power level. The motor repeatedly failed to get to the checked flag. And halfway through the season, McLaren announced they stopped with Honda and go with Renault.

This year McLaren is hopeful with their car and Alonso announced that they were turning a corner and it could be a golden season. The car is very aggressively made with a lot of new features it got a small air inlet on the top. The rear wing is very widely made. On the side wide intake the build little air intakes.

After Alonso made the shots for the sponsors he was very positive about the car and the season. He gave the car to Stoffel van Doorn and let him drive his 50 km and hopefully see good results on Monday from the cars. This season may be one the of the nicest ever. With nice fights and exciting races.
