This is the 1960 Chrysler 300 F, it has a massive 413 cubic inch or 6.8 Lt V8 engine which produces 375 hp or 280 kW.

I guess if someone can afford over 120,000 for the car, a few hundred more for the fuel are not such a big issue. :)
