Cars of my dream. NissanFairlady Z S30 of 70's
I often see posts about: "what is car of your dream?" And I decide to make few posts, about cars wich I'd like to have.
First place is for Nissan Fairlady Z. First of all, I must to say: I don't like new cars, they don't have soul, like sellphone: today one, tomorrow another.
Ok. Nissan Fairlady Z, in Russia we call it "FASHKA"
What is this car?
It was made in 70's by Nissan. It has a 3 liter volume of engine with turbosharger and 6 pistons, not V-engine. But only 8 valves, because it was 70's. It was enough for car wich got only two chairs. Today owners talk about fast taking turns, about control and grip (like a cat's claws).
Why I want this car? I thik it's about body design. It looks very sexy!

The Nissan Fairlady is really a wonderful car. Perfect for JDM car junkies. The new Z 370z are a big fav over here.

Such a beauty! One slight correction though, the car having a 3.0L R-6 as you said I guess it should have 12 valves, 2 per cylinder one inlet one outlet right? That's the classic straight 6 design that Nissan/Datsun and BMW were so famous for.
I nsmed post "cars of my dream" I mean I dreaming sbout it). Z is vety expensive in my country. I had toyota cope and vagon 4x4. Some when I'll buy Z))))
About engine and vslves you right. Volume 2.8 l. Engine copy of mersedes benz engine. But was 2.0l engine (432 model) it means 4 valves, 3 carburaters and 2 - 2 Cam-shafts.
