So tempted but... urgh.

A couple of months ago I was considering picking up a very unusual Toyota. It's not well known and to be honest I didn't even know it existed until one of my YouTube subscribers sent me a link to a Toyota Sera that was for sale some time ago.

The issues was the car was imported illegally and I was unable to register it to I decided against buying it.

The Toyota Sera is by no means a sports car of any sort as it comes mostly in automatic form and also houses a measly 1.5ltr engine. The car however has gulwing doors as standard option and a really weird look to it.

I've just found a fully legal South African registered version for sale here for a price of roughly $2800 USD Negotiable.

I'm really tempted to call and perhaps lowball the current owner... maybe I'm wasting my time. So confused right now...

What would you guys do? Should I add this to my JDM collection?
