The SV is a stripped-out, track-ready variant of the Lamborghini Aventador. Introduced at the 2015 Geneva auto show, the LP750-SV gains a 49-hp boost over the base Aventador, pushing the 6.5-liter V-12’s output to 740 hp. Despite the extra grunt, the drag created by the aggressive aerodynamic parts mean the car’s top speed and acceleration stay the same, at 2.8 seconds to 60 mph and a top speed of around 220 mph. The SV has also gone on a diet, shedding over 100 pounds through the extensive use of carbon fiber, aluminum, and a revised titanium exhaust system.
