---- Stagea First Time Cracking Gate ----

Found this video on my phone and uploaded it right away, i lost this in the phone transfer and was so happy to stumble across it.

When i was building the stag it went through various processes and a few workshops. first it was down at PHD to have the 3037 turbo and manifold put on, radiator upgrade and a major service. Then it went to Liverpool Exhaust to have the dump pipe made up for the new turbo set up... this is where this video comes in.

Before it went for the injectors, fuel pump, z32 AFM, Nistune ECU and tune, there was a few thing which needed to be fixed up and some testing needed to be done. Making sure everything was hooked up correctly and in working order meant that we needed to get on boost and see what was going on.

Up until this point i had driven the car off boost between the workshops and it is also how i drove it out to the tuner after this testing. from this we discovered there was some white smoke coming from the exhaust on deceleration after a good boost hit, this was found to be an issue with the catch can setup and crank case ventilation. the atmospheric HKS SSQ BOV was also made to recirculate as it was causing minor hiccups on idle.

There were a couple more test runs done after this to confirm the work carried out to rectify the issues was successful, but this was the first time she came on boost enough to crack the wastegate.
