Today we stay in Germany and probably with one of the most lovely sport classic cars manufactured by Mercedes-Benz...
The car? The Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Gullwing
The design was made by Friedrich Geiger and the first one was on the market in 1953 with 3.0L 6 cylinders with 215HP. The letters "SP" mean "Sports Light" - this car was only 1293 kg (2850 lbs).
Did you know?
80% of all produced 300 SL models were sold in the United States of America by the German importer Max Hoffmann.

the light blue is perfect in this car ! One of the best designs back then , especially for the square and boring German cars at that age. and the new generation of course by AMG
