#214 One Day, One Car

Today from the Custom Tuning house Callaway, based in the United States of America since 1977.

The car? The Callaway C16

This model is based on the Chevrolet Corvette C6 but was fully customized in 2007.
The body, as well as the engine, got the lifting by Callaway designers and engineers.

The presented version is a Coupé with 6.2L V8 Supercharged 650 HP.
The Callaway's custom cars are used in racing, like "24 hours of Le Mans".

Did you know?

The C16 is placed in the same range as the Porsche GT3 or Ferrari F430.

    Callaway C16, is one vehicle beautiful and muscular his line gives the impression that reaches high speeds. It must be wonderful driving it already that if is used in the 24 hours of Le Mans. Excellent Post thanks for posting @mandl

      I think I like the standard corvette look a little better. I am biased though, long time 'vette fan.
