#185 One Day, One Car

in #cars6 years ago

Today from Japan with the car that initially wasn't accepted by Americans...

The car? The Honda Civic

This model was imported in the United-States for the first time in 1973.
At the right moment, at the beginning of a gas crisis.

High MPG and low maintenance fees quickly made this car the star of the market.

Did you know?

The Civic is one of the most popular cars of all existing ages...

Japanese cars are always the bomb. Very strong and durable. Though, not always exotic. Nice one.

Tru dat. But this is simply not their target market :) At least what they choose to do, they do it well! At some point, the Civic was all the rage in the UK, you could see it absolutely everywhere.

You're right. Hope you won't mind checking out my blog when you're less occupied. Thanks please.
