Clean, open + empty mold.. waxed n ready to go..

Under gelcoat..

Fibres laid.. [damn that glass looks nice, check the weave of the CSM, generally means the ratio of resin to fibres is pretty good (or u've drained all excess lol) ]

PULL! Straight out of the mold, edges need to be tidied ...

Easy as, right?? :)
