I would say series 6-8 RX7 most of the other stuffs been changed up heaps but looking at the shape of the door. lots of work making it a convertible though.
It's an RE Amemiya Super GReddy 8, or in other words, a heavily modified Mazda RX7 ;) I know because I drew it once (https://www.instagram.com/p/5IQPZQiWR7/?taken-by=oyvind_sabo), but if I was to give away the tell-tale signs, I would say the doors, and the fact that RE Amemiya is well known for their porsche-like front conversions.
At first glance I thought it was a Viper, but it sure isn't. I don't know what it is...
