NEW FIAT ARGO THE MOST SOLD AUTO OF FIAT
WHAT IS IT ?: It's the new Fiat hatchback for Segment B (boy). It replaces the Punto and the top versions of the Palio 2010. It launches the new Platform MP1 of FCA, which from next year will share with the X6S Project manufactured in Argentina, a small sedan that will replace the Fiat Linea and Grand Siena. The Argo arrives imported from Brazil and is already on sale in our market.
MECHANICAL: There are two mechanical options, both nafteras: Firefly 1.3 8v (99 hp, only five-speed manual gearbox) and E.torQ 1.8 16v (130 hp, with five-speed manual gearbox or Aisin automatic with torque converter and six gears ). Front-wheel drive.
THE MOST: It corrects the deficit of security equipment of the Palio and Punto. It comes standard with side protection bars and reinforcements in high strength steel. Precision and HGT equipment levels come standard with stability control, traction control and hill start assistance. The HGT is the only one that has dual front side airbags.
THE LESS: This does not apply to the level of Drive equipment, which comes only with what is required by law: double frontal airbag, ABS brakes and Isofix anchors.
THE DETAIL: The Drive version comes standard with 15-inch sheet metal rims. The Precision version adds 15-inch alloy wheels and the safety devices mentioned above. Standard in the HGT version (optional in the Drive and Precision), seven-inch multimedia screen, with Mirror Screen system for mobile devices with Apple Car Play and Android Auto. The Connectivity Pack in the Drive versions adds the multimedia screen and 15-inch alloy wheels. The Premium Pack in the Precision versions adds the multimedia screen, the leather upholstery and the 16-inch alloy wheels. More information in the technical file to download.
