Modified 2017 Dodge Challenger, Sweet!

Met this guy at the Costco Gas Station, I commented on his awesome car, only to find out that he had the small engine! Can you believe that? Told me he just liked the look, and wanted to save on gas, incredible!

In any case he certainly has the black on black look, but really, not having a V8 in there is ridiculous. What do you think, should the brawn match the look?
