Carrot Cake Poppyseed Cake Is Done How?




Materials

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 package of vanilla
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • A little less than 1 cup of liquid oil
  • 3 cups flour

Preparation

Medium muffin tray or cake pan with butter. Grate the carrots dry with the thin side. First, whisk the egg and sugar at room temperature until the consistency of cream. Continue whisking and add the oil and when it receives into yogurt consistency.
