Carnivore 75 Hard Redux: Day 15
Nutrition & Healing
Another OMAD day. Here's a photo... it's not pretty, but it was certainly a feast. I'm going to have to make a steak one of these days to break the streak, but you know what they say about fixing what isn't broken. When you only eat one meal a day, it makes food so unbelievably tasty that you sort of have to experience it to believe it.
This was a pound of beef that I got from Butcher Box this time, topped with some Colby cheese and a little bit of raw milk gouda.
Mindset
I feel so predictable lately! This section is almost the same as yesterday as well. This episode of The Fat Emperor with Ben Bikman PhD was very interesting. Eating the way I do is worth it because of how great it makes me feel, but I listen to content that supports it basically every day. Not really because I ever doubt it, but mostly because I want to be educated to the fullest extent that I can.
When you do basically the opposite of what nutrition "experts" say we should be doing, you're definitely going against the grain. Pun intended.
The discussion did touch upon how a low carb, high-fat diet may be beneficial in treating or preventing neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimers and ALS, which is a subject of personal interest to me.
Movement
Maybe I'll have to switch my goal to 20,000 steps at some point! 10,000 has been pretty easy to get in. If you want to read about it, click the image below to see my daily Actifit post. I put in a link to Actifit every day with my referral code hoping that maybe someone will check it out, but so far no one has! That's okay... I keep posting to this blog and no one reads it, either. 🤓

Awesome to see a fellow carnivore dieter. It can be difficult to keep on it for me some times, but I definitely believe in it and am trying to get myself 100% on it without breaks.
I always feel my best on this diet for sure.
