The Carnivore Experiment: Day 24 Going Strong
I'm on day 24 of the 30 day carnivore challenge and am already planning on keeping this up. In just the last several weeks I've noted a lot of changes in things like pain, energy and more emotional stability. Despite today being fucking terrible for reasons I can't get into right now, I'm surprisingly level headed and feel more able to handle myself than I likely ever have, which is a start.
