The Carnivore Experiment: Bone In Rib Eye for Lunch

Over a month into the experiment and I'm now identifying as a carnivore at least for now. I don't have a set time for how long I plan to do this but so far my plan is to do so as long as I keep feeling better.

I've noticed improvement in just about everything from skin to emotions, excited to see what else is in store for me!
