I used to go every year when I was a teen to mid twenties. Didn’t really like carnival per say but I loved the eye candy. The events are cool as it’s a different vibe from the dancehall scene and the ladies are friendly. I remember one year I was a camera man for @ganjactivist and we were filming Jouvert, Destra ( or some other soca female artiste ) was performing and man do camera men get love from the stars 😄
