Its sad that to hear someone saying that your just a call center agent,honestly not to mention how hard it is to get the job,the work itself is toxic. Plus your hearing bad things from the customer you don't even know. You should bring tons of patience with you once you work as a call center
Correct te :( they don't know the struggles of being a call center agent as well.
