Age is a big reason people resist changing careers. Age Is just a number! Career change post 30, 40, 50 (anytime) can be life changing. I even make the bold statement and say that the older you are, the higher your chances of success because you bring some experiences and a certain mellowness that youngsters like me lack. People do find these things very appealing.
