The best car chases ever?
Right their are a few contenders for this however 2 really stick in our mind, you can likely guess the first, arguably the most iconic car chase ever a Ford Mustang and Dodge Charger in San Francisco, yes that's right Bullitt - the amount of cars smashed up in this amazing car chase is crazy.
A Merc similar to the one Jean Reno & Robert Deniro drive with an RPG hanging out of the sunroof
The best part about this is the face Steve McQueen did all the stunts and performed all the driving his self, hence why its so captivating the whole sequence.
A slightly newer Mustang than Bullitt.
The other is actually a number of car chases 3 iconic ones in one great movie, that being Ronin.
The initial chase is an Audi S8 through the streets at high speed, powersliding etc, the 2nd is the same S8 joined by a retro Mercedes Benz, chasing Citroen Xantias 3.0L V6 neither vehicles standard through the south of France.
Finally the Peugeot 406 likely Mi16 chasing a E34 BMW 535i through Paris, on the red line , lights flashing heading down the wrong side of the dual carriageways, amongst other crazy manouvres.
