Alternative to WhatsApp, Private messaging app Signal is now accepting cryptocurrency in donation amounts.
According to the information found in a post, Signal Technology Foundation is now accepting cryptocurrency donations via The Giving Block. The Giving Block integration enables Signal to accept bitcoin, ethereum and 10 other cryptocurrencies.
The non-profit organization behind this popular messaging application was founded by Moxie Marlinspike and Brian Acton in 2018 and runs on independent donations.
