The Canon EOS M50, initially release spring 2018, marks another installment in Canon’s mirrorless lineup of APS-C sized cameras. It competes primarily with the Panasonic GH5, Fujifilm X-T30, Sony a 6400 and the Canon EOS M5. Canon classifies this as an entry-level hybrid camera marketed towards both beginning photographers and videographers alike.
