How To Make Cannabis Tincture - Stoney by Zamnesia
A tincture is simply a cannabis concentrate, the plant is soaked in alcohol. That extracts the cannabinoids.
Here are the ingredients you need to make the tincture (50ml):
• Grain alcohol with an alcohol percentage of 90% (or the strongest alcohol you have available)
• Cannabis: 3-4g buds, 8-10g leaves, 0.5-1g hashish, or 5g cutting waste
• Blender
• Pot with lid
• Sieve or colander
• Funnel
• Cheese cloth
• Brown medicine vials with a pipette
• Measuring cup
To begin, you must chop up all cannabis and provide decarboxylation. For the layman, this means that the cannabis must be heated to 115 ° C for 30-35 minutes. Put the cannabis in the pot after decarboxylation and add 50ml of alcohol. Close the lid firmly and mix everything together by shaking.
Let the mixture draw for five days so that the cannabinoids are extracted by the alcohol. Then you can filter the mixture above the measuring cup. Use the cheese cloth for this so that all superfluous vegetable matter is filtered out.
After you have done that, pour the final product into the medicine bottles. Use the funnel for this.
