NY Cannabis ~ State's proposed plan to Legalize Marijuana in 2019

Prohibition of Cannabis (aka “The Sacred Plant”) is at a climatic moment right now in January 2019, both in the US and specifically in New York State. The Governor has released his proposed plan to “legalize marijuana” in 2019. Stores to open sometime in 2020, yet residents will not be able to grow even one plant at home after adult with the newly proposed Cannabis Bill. In this video, a major problem is highlighted:

Many steps have been taken in the last 2 years by NY State to move forward with Recreational Cannabis. That is because of dollar signs and filling the state coffers was not achieved by having a Medical Marijuana Program that is failing, BIT TIME. So now, after establishing the WORST Medical Cannabis Program in the United States back in 2014 when it was passed into law. It took until 2016 for dispensaries to open and as of the end of 2018 less than 60K residents held a medical marijuana card. With 2 years of having a false medical program in place, New York has yet to address major issues like limited access, high costs and truly lack of transparency with how plants are grown, types of plants used or processing methods and ingredients.

Creating Legal Medical Cannabis in NY was never about residents having access to legitimate, diverse plant medicine. It has been shown to be about BIG business and politics, status quo as usual. In January 2019, still the same 5 companies control the entire Cannabis Industry in NY for growing, processing and dispensing. NO FLOWERS/BUDS or EATABLES are available to Patients of NY’s Medical Marijuana Program is important to note.

Citizen Activism is required to formulate actual LEGISLATION that represents what the people want, to truly the end the prohibition of Cannabis. This sacred plant needs to be released by the OVERLORDS to be grown openly, outside, right along with Kale Tomatoes in a flower, vegetable, and herb gardens.

New York's proposal is based on two major issues, one; end the social injustice that prohibition has created and two, generate as much TAX REVENUE as possible by CONTROLLING the entire industry that is being created right NOW. Citizens have a say, and those who have already educated themselves to connect the dots that a MAJOR MISSING part of truly ending prohibition is for residents to be able to grow this plant at home

How is it, a home owner who pays state taxes on the land “they are renting from the state/county” NOT allowed to grow a plant? We have to take a hard look at this one issue with NY proposal because the Medical Marijuana Program is a secret, behind close doors operation, with no access to the actual plants.
