A lot of times the names are just spinoffs of the parents names. I really wish they wouldn't do that, but it appears that marketing in the Cannabis industry works just as well as other industries.
As seen by the success of strains like Gorilla Glue, and Girl Scout Cookies.

How are taxes up in Canada?
They are hitting us hard with a 30% tax in the area of California I am in. Although many of the dispensaries don't seem to be charging it yet.
It's not legal yet but it will be taxed at $1 a gram or 10% (whichever is higher).
Canadian bud all the way... that is nice looking buds tho
