the VantoCan Extracts story
We're activists, medical cannabis users, and professional extract makers from Vancouver BC. We met when Harper was PM in Canada, and things didn't look like they could get any worse (we didn't know about Trudeau yet).
Our activism brought us together, and we shared our knowledge of extracting medicine from dry cannabis flowers.
In 2017, as "legalization" took shape (looking more like Prohibition 2.0 than anything else), we started sharing our medicine with other Canadians. Shatter made to treat our chronic pain, cancer, and other conditions was now being shipped around the country!
As you know, mainstream social media platforms have recently been cracking down on activism, especially anything related to cannabis. Channels with thousands of videos and millions of subscribers are just being deleted. We decided to make the move to the blockchain.

We still don't know how much of our little company we'll be moving to Steemit. The canna-business environment is changing quickly. Harsh laws are coming into effect for online sales (up to 19 years in prison). We're doing this to help others, and want to be able to KEEP helping others.

At VantoCan, we think everybody deserves access to properly extracted cannabinoids, for recreational and/or therapeutic uses. We have the knowledge, skills, and connections to produce the best dabs in Canada. Hopefully we're able to continue helping others get access.
