RE: We are all apprentices in a craft where no one becomes the master

in #cannabis7 years ago

Those words speak volumes. I would always be amused by these "master growers" who would brag about their product. "I grow the dankest shit around. My shit is on fire, yo!" They would have mediocre flower at best. It's the guys who state they are continuing on the journey, making adjustments and always learning. Mastering their craft and honing their skills in the hopes that they will make an improvement. Those were the guys to talk to. It's like the old kung-fu masters, it takes a minute to learn and a lifetime to master. N-P-K to the maxxx!!! happy growing and looking forward to more from you.

Humility among growers is rare. Everyone thinks they have the best shit. Lota of people can grow good indoor in a hobby grow, but very few people can call the shots in a commercial facility like ours.

Very true. I saw it everyday for the past couple of years. I would have guys coming saying they've been growing for over 10 years and yet when we dived into their growops, they were shocked that they had pm or spider mites. And then they wanted my suggestion for an immediate cure since they had never dealt with the problem before. Tisk tisk.
