Nice update man. You're coming along nicely! The late germinators may yet spring forth. Try putting them in a warmer spot for a few days. Some cannabis seeds can take 2-4 weeks to pop.

Strawberry cough is a nice smoke. Creamy, silky, and sweet. The high is a calmer than normal sativa buzz, in my opinion. It's a good vape, too.
