It let's you grow sprouts, very easily. I have one unit, but they can be stacked...like for restaurant applications that require lots of fresh sprouts for their salads and garnishes. As I live in a country that doesn't typically let me grow outdoors year round, this is a good solution for growing fresh, at anytime.

Of course, you can do this simply with a big mason jar and some cheese cloth on your counter, but this takes all the guess work out of the process and reduces your seed from going moldy because too big a clump of seeds held too much moisture.
