Hi @billmega! I am happy to report that equipment has been researched, sourced, purchased and will be assembled on Saturday.
Started 160 litres, 2 days ago.
Should be distilling with the new rig by early next week ( amongst everything else).
Proving, there is no rest for the wicked...
