Marilyn Ryan is my mother-in-law. She worked at the greenhouse in the late 80's. I was in the greenhouse when she worked there growing tomatoes and peppers. The business closed and the greenhouse sat vacant for close to 20 years before it was purchased and completely refurbished.

7 Acres is still waiting for full approval from Health Canada before they can seriously start growing. They've taken 1 harvest so far, and that crop is being tested and scrutinized by the government. Once they pass those tests, the government will give them the go ahead to start large scale production. They are expecting this to be granted by the end of this month...so they are still in the onerous process and millions of dollars have been spent, just getting this far.
