I didn't post yesterday because of all the down time we saw on STEEMIT! I'm not sure all the kinks have been worked out yet, my buddy said steemvoter isn't working anymore. We saw a nice pop to the price of steem today after coming back live, I think it may have happened because a lot of people expected it to fall. But we have slowly retraced most of those gains and are back to the previous USD range we were trading in. I still think we're going to go lower, but I'll be watching closely. Steem was 5 cents last march, so I feel like it can still go down a ways. This is the kind of market where most people just continue trading the direction it's going in until we are well beyond rally exhaustion. This leads to maximum rektage!
It's sad that after a year, these types of things are still going on with steemit. It shows you how early we are on this platform. I would like to see a much heavier focus on User Interface. I think it is the most critical piece towards achieving adoption. I've gotten many people to come to this platform, but no one stays, because the UI is garbage. I like it myself cuz I'm a 90's internet nerd, but most people aren't.
Beautiful photography... Steem will go up and Steem will go down... hopefully it eventually goes to $1,000,000 and we can all retire as Billionaires and smoke as much weed as we want and live forever in Peace and Happiness amen.

The UI is a lot better at Busy or SteemPeak.
And I'm jealous of the weed. I'm away from home in another state that isn't legal and am on essentially a forced tolerance break (that I probably needed anyway).

Most people aren't going to use a 2ndary service to get a good UI. The steemit.com UI needs to be good enough to keep people here.
