Decriminalization is what we need to be working towards. Governments have already shown themselves to be untrustworthy, concerned only with $$$ not peoples health and or well being and have proved it... over and over.... Decriminalize... don't "legalize" A license... is when your government takes away your inherent human rights... and sells them back to you with their "strings" attached. A "growers license" is no different.
