Found amazing video on Cannabis and why its illegal

This is one of the most insightful videos I've seen about marijuana. Its kinda old but it gets the point across.

My takeaway

This is pure crony capitalism. I'm disgusted that the effects of a campaign of racism and greed still survive to this day. No wonder Obama didn't work to get Marijuana declassified. Cannabis is a threat to the very special interests that placed him in power!

Cannabis can save the planet. If we can't get past the biggest example of crony capitalism in American History, how will we defeat climate change? Deforestation? We won't if we don't allow this versatile plant to work its magic. This plant has the potential to stop deforestation and replace paper and timber. Building materials made with Cannabis extract CO2 from the air naturally to slow down climate change. Conventional medicine is unnatural and can alter your mind and body. Cannabis is a healthier alternative.

To sum it up, Cannabis is dangerous. Not in the addictive sense. If cannabis is allowed to flourish, major industries (big pharma, big oil, etc.) will crumble. The very economic establishment as we know it will change radically. I view Cannabis not as an enemy, but as a superhero. A superhero that will save the planet by defeating the villains (special interests).
