Need Help! Dank Tank is Not working and Tube is Full of CBD Oil!

I'm new to Steemit, but love the idea and the atmosphere. I've got a bit of a problem at the moment, and I am hoping that someone has a good idea to get me out of my current jam. I have a "V" brand vape pen here with a loaded cartridge. No matter what I do I can't get the coil to heat. I've tried two different chargers and I've tried charging for an entire day with no luck. I need a replacement pen or a replacement coil or something. What? I have no freaking idea. The big problem is, how to I get to that gooey amber substance and reap some reward from it if I can't get the pen to work? Does anyone know? Can I break it open and eat it? I'm really curious and after a week of trying to get this darn thing to work, I'm really frustrated. Heck. I'm 52-years-old, a gramma who babysits all week, and I just want this stupid dank tank to heat up for me. Is that too much to ask? Maybe, but I sure would appreciate any suggestions.
