Cannabis is pretty easy to purchase in Canada.
Even got a joint for free, by mail, just for volunteering.
There is a new ICO for a Proof of Stake coin coming out called Growers International which is worth looking into.

Upon review, it's being released on YObit which is currently under investigation by the Russian government and the lack of an external website or other specifics so close to the ICO date of July 10 doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
Updates in progress, and concerns being addressed.
The web shop is not ready to go public yet, but the website is purchased and being worked on.
They just asked me to head the PR department... and as part of that I relayed your post.

ICO will be moved from Yobit. New platform currently being researched.

Website updated! ICO will probably be hosted by Bittrex now.
Still in communications with them at this point.
